Primetals Technologies successfully modernized an annealing and pickling line of Aperam Genk

Primetals Technologies successfully realized the modernization of an annealing and pickling line of Aperam Genk in Belgium. The objectives of the project were to upgrade the drive technology and optimize the strip tension control. Under the turnkey project, Primetals Technologies has been responsible for engineering, procurement and supply as well as construction work and commissioning. The upgrade was carried out during end-of-year break in just three and half weeks, followed by fast production ramp-up. The modernized plant went on-stream mid-January 2016.

Primetals Technologies hat erfolgreich eine Glüh- und Beizlinie des belgischen Unternehmens Aperam Genk modernisiert. Ziele dieser Modernisierung waren die Aufrüstung der Antriebstechnik und die Optimierung der Bandzugregelung. Im Rahmen des schlüsselfertigen Projekts verantwortete Primetals Technologies das Engineering, die Beschaffung und Lieferung sowie die Installationsarbeiten und die Inbetriebnahme. Die Umrüstung erfolgte in nur dreieinhalb Wochen in den Betriebsferien zum Jahreswechsel. Die modernisierte Anlage wurde Mitte Januar 2016 in Betrieb genommen.

A Primetals Technologies realizou com sucesso a modernização de uma linha de recozimento e decapagem da Aperam Genk, na Bélgica. Os objetivos do projeto foram atualizar a tecnologia de acionamento e otimizar o controle de tração na tira. No âmbito do projeto turnkey, a Primetals Technologies foi a responsável pela engenharia, aquisição e fornecimento, bem como trabalhos de construção e comissionamento. A atualização foi realizada durante a pausa de fim de ano em apenas três semanas e meia, seguido de rápida rampa de aumento da produção. A planta modernizada entrou em operação em meados de Janeiro de 2016.

Компания Primetals Technologies провела успешную модернизацию линии отжига и травления на заводе Aperam Genk в бельгийском городе Генк. Целями проекта были улучшение технологии приводов и оптимизация управления натяжением полосы. В рамках реализации данного проекта "под ключ" Primetals Technologies отвечала за инжиниринг, закупки и поставки, а также за проведение строительных и пусконаладочных работ. Модернизация была реализована всего за три с половиной недели, в рамках останова в конце года, с последующим быстрым выходом на проектную мощность. Модернизированный агрегат был введён в эксплуатацию в середине января 2016 года.

普锐特冶金技术（Primetals Technologies）为比利时Aperam Genk公司的一条退火酸洗线成功进行了现代化改造。该项目目标是升级传动技术并优化带钢张力控制。在这个总承包项目中，普锐特冶金技术承担了设计、采购、供货以及施工和调试工作。改造任务在年末停产期间仅用3周半即执行完毕，并实现迅速增产。2016年1月中旬，改造后的生产线已恢复正常运行。
